ABOUT A COLLECTION ECO
With the objective of creating a series of eco-friendly chairs and stools that can balance function and aesthetics to perfection, whilst offering infinite design possibilities, the Eco series uses sustainable materials.
The interchangeable seat shells are made from 100% postconsumer recycled plastic and the wooden bases are sourced from FSC certified forests, finished with water-based lacquers, and all the chairs and stools feature the EU Ecolabel.
The AAC and AAS Eco collections, available in multiple colour possibilities, can be adapted to harmoniously integrate into most interior spaces – public, private or corporate – and with a good conscience.
All About A Eco products can be disassembled and recycled.

RECYCLED MATERIAL
Postconsumer recycled plastic is material derived from household waste, like televisions and washing machines. The plastic is collected, sorted and cleaned in recycling programmes, before being reprocessed into About A Collection's Eco seat shells. Through a high technological process, the granulates are crushed, cleaned and sorted.
SUSTAINABLE HIGHLIGHTS
Products made from postconsumer recycled plastic close the loop, diverting plastic products from landfill and instead allowing them to be recycled (in its truest sense) into something else.
The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world’s forests.
The EU Ecolabel is a label of environmental excellence given to products and services meeting high environmental standards throughout their entire life cycle: from raw material extraction, to production, distribution and disposal.
The Indoor Advantage Gold certification certifies low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) emissions.
